Long Journey.

Back from a long-awaited, pioneer batch, 4D3N Temasek Junior College NoMADic Camp & there’s no word to describe the experience, the emotions & the lessons learnt.
The campers were AWESOME, the journey from the start to the end was FANTASTIC! Sleeping in West Coast Park without bathing after walking the whole day, sitting at Bedok Central laughing at peoples’ reaction after stepping into puddles of water, walking in the rain from Parkway Parade back to school where there was lightning risk in the heavy rain. And on the last activity for the camp really moved me so much that i couldn’t control my state that i cried ‘cos these campers really showed me the fighting spirit in oneself that i’ve haven’t seen for a long time.
It’s been a long time since i’ve done camps like that.
Memories will definitely be kept in my heart.
I’ve been saying this to many people that i’m leaving the company but i can’t bear to ‘cos i grew up here, met great youths, impacted lives & made lots of friends here.
Maybe i might not be leaving afterall. 🙂
I can’t wait for December to come, Thailand shopping!!
hopefully it won’t get cancel like the other time where i was supposed to go Hong Kong.
time in army has been good, well at least for now. haha!
now that gf is working from mondays to saturdays & i’m in army means time spent together will lessen. =(
but i’ll definitely squeeze in time to be together, promise!
time passed so fast, it’s as though it’s been months/years.
we’ve gotta live with it.
